our story
I have been a chef for over 25 years and I am immensely proud of the experiences I have had during this time. I have had the privilege of working in some of the world's top hotels and restaurants, as well as collaborating with various agencies to help progress businesses across the country, from Scotland all the way down to London.
My career as a chef began at Portmeirion, Chester Grosvenor and Maes y neuadd, where I completed a management course and trained to become a chef. For three years, I worked in six-month intervals between the three establishments, and I am grateful for the experience I have gained over the years.
I feel privileged to have had such a successful career and I am thankful for all the opportunities I have had. I am proud of the work I have done and the impact I have had on the culinary industry, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive contribution in the years to come.
